Item
No.1/2014: The
services of the system Administrators are not getting to SBCO units properly
due to various reasons. It is requested that at least one PA (SBCO) may be
identified and permitted to work as System Administrator exclusively for SBCO
for each region for smooth functioning of the SBCO units.

Now the
entire postal department functions are on the transformation mode i.e. CBS
migration. In new environment there will be a System Manager exclusively for
SBCO staffs and our working environment should be entirely different from
present situation.

Item
No.2/2014: staffs of
SBCO are not given any training by the department, even though there are so
many changes in the schemes, rules and procedures. It is requested that all
SBCO staff may be given refresher training.

Hopeful
reply given from DPS for this item. Within months there should be a training
program for entire SBCO staffs at PTC, Mysore.

Item No.3/2014:
The post
of PA (SBCO) at circle pairing unit is vacant for last several months. It may
be filled up by considering the request of official Smt.Beenu Mathews PA (SBCO)
chalakkudi H.O of Irinjalakkuda Division.

At present
no vacancy at Trivandrum. If vacancy comes will consider the request. (Merger
of posts happened in circle pairing unit which is not under order. So UNION
will write letter To CPMG for the explanation of merger of 2 PA posts at CPU)
