Finacle : Unlocking & Resetting the User ID

In DOP Finacle Most of the time Users are getting locked due to Internet Connectivity, damage of network connectivity or bad server response.
This is to inform that a new menu CRESET is available for System Administrators for unlocking the user id's getting locked due to wrong entry of password 3 times and the same can be unlocked using the menu CRESET.
There is an another menu available CSAC for resetting the user id's showing the error as 'ALREADY LOGGED IN ' problems.
Both the above said menus are availabe for system administrators. henceforth the requests for unlocking & resetting the user id's should not be sent to CPC or CEPT instead their concerned system administrators should be addressed for enabling the same.
