Respected Sir,
Kind attention is invited to the letters cited under reference. Letter cited as Sl.No.2 under reference received from circle office as reply to the RTI application preferred by the undersigned (copy enclosed herewith for ready reference) is evidently proving the fact mentioned by this Union in the letter cited under reference as Sl.No. 1 about the discriminative attitude taken by RO Kochi towards the members of the union in the issuance of transfer orders in favour of the member of the other union as Supervisor, SBCO, Trichur HO showing it as “vice vacant post” by revising the already issued orders in the name of the above official to fill up the vacant supervisory post at Irinjalakuda HO, which is kept vacant even today, by suppressing the fact of non - existence of supervisory post at Trichur HO as per the above mentioned RTI.

With much pain, it is to state that no action is seen taken by your office till date . Once again it is requested that necessary action may kindly be taken to rectify the mistake by withdrawing the illegal transfer orders already issued by RO Kochi to a non establishment sanctioned post and to fill up the vacant posts in the circle at the earliest.
