Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA) Opening at SBCO Branch - ( Temporary measure up to CBS migration )

Sukanya Samriddhi Account (SSA) is newly introduced scheme.  There is no provission in  existing SBCO / MISCAT Module. So we can temporarily used the existing MISCAT - PPF module ..

The procedure is given below

Copy  the Existing MISCAT folder and paste in the C:\ drive with  New name  Eg. folder name is SSA

or

(   Use old  NSS87 folder - Already some offices using MISCAT software for NSS87 category . We can also use the PPF module - Here no old data available ) 

Use the PPF module for SSA temporarily up to CBS migration

1. Change Financial Year to 01/04/2014 to 31/03/2015  under Master maintenance 

    Change Interest Configuration as 9.1% 

2.  Delete all the old ledger Chart

Go to Command prompt

C:\> CD SSA\PPF

C:\SSA\PPF> Foxpro

Use PP_LEDC.DBF                       ( Press Enter key ) ZAP  ( delete all the record )

3. Delete all the old Account balance / Transaction

There are two files for each office in V2SBCO. That is ppacc??.dbf and pptra??.dbf.  Here ?? means office like 01, 02, 03 .... 

Procedure To empty the  Database ...  ( Old PPF Records)

C:\> CD SSA\PPF

C:\SSA\PPF> Foxpro

Use ppacc??.dbf     ZAP Use pptra??.dbf ZAP QUIT

The procedure to be followed for all Office database

Then Create New ledger chart for all Non CBS Offices only

Then  do Index Services  for all offices. 

Now the Software is ready to feed  SSA account ...

Create New Batch file for this SSA Folder - MISCAT,EXE

or

Create shortcut  for MISCAT,EXE available in SSA Folder
