FOR CLAIMING ORGANIZED ACCOUNTS CADRE PAY

Dear Comrades,
AISBCEU is the only recognized  mouthpiece  for SBCO  since it's formation in 1962. Since then we have been demanding Accounts cadre status to SBCO. Ministry of finance ordered Dated 28.02.2003 (copy attached) new pay scale for Accounts cadre under Govt. of India including DOP. The benefit awarded to all of them except SBCO. Our demand was rejected by the DOP vide their letter Dt.13.06.2005. We placed our demand before the CAT, Kolkata. CAT, Kolcutta issued order on 11.01.2008 referring to 6CPC. 7th. CPC also declined our demand.
We are going to file the petition again on 30.01.2017 with a  contract for Rs.50000/- ( fifty thousand )between the  AISBCEU and  the Sr. Advocate Sri  Kalyan Sarkar.  We are  100% confident of winning in favour of us.
All the SBCO staff is requested to extend their heartfelt co-operation to this movement for their service security / work with honour as Auditor.
