Cheapest propaganda by the minority back door recognized All India SBCO Employees Association President S.P.Kulkarni to get the authorization letter from SBCO comrades
The AISBCE Union achieved lot of welfare issues to the SBCO staff including TBOP/BCR promotions, Cluster for transfer, creation of HSGI &II, LSG posts, Divisional Representatives for each Divisions and other policy matters in the roll of SBCO i.e. full support with administration to implement CBS in the Department and its training matters & Revised procedure for SBCO cadre.
Other than this, it is dealing the important long pending issue of cadre restructure & Organized accounts cadre under process with 7th CPC. We maintain our Union for the above welfare issues and our Union maintains its activities as a bridge between the Administration and Union in solving our problems.
A Union should make publicity to its members about its achievements and the members should realize it and then they will consider to give authorization letter. Instead of this good approach, the other Union President is making cheapest propaganda about our activities and it shows their fear in getting fresh membership in favour. After our Union All India conference, our Union had taken the following important problems of SBCO cadre to the administration for periodical meeting with Directorate.
1. Grant of organized accounts cadre scales to SBCO staff.
2. Delegation of power of writing of APAR of SBCO staff to AO ICO (SB).
3. Filling up of all Supervisory posts, i.e LSG, HSG II and HSG I as per seniority as most of The staffs are drawing pay scales of HSG I.
Now, the department replied to our Union that the above issues are under active consideration. It is nothing wrong. The reply of the Department for the above issue is a victory to our Union for the earlier settlement of our cadre issues.
Let them make propaganda to collect the membership letter as given below:
1. We are the anti group to give TBOP/BCR promotions to SBCO cadre w.e.f. 1983 /1991 and we were silent more than 8 years without taken any efforts with department to get the TBOP promotion to SBCO cadre. [ Unless AISBCE UNION had taken efforts, now most of the SBCO staff will retire as LDC/UDC only. ]
2. In the meantime, we are the anti group for offering 80:20 promotions to SBCO cadre. [If the 80:20 promotions was implemented in SBCO cadre likewise audit, we will not face any problem to get the organized accounts cadre scale]. We could got it along with audit staff automatically.
3. We got back door recognition to our minority Union with the support of members of AISBCE Union of J&K Circle and Jharghand Circle as given below:
Total Members - 3030
|
Rival Union Members - 491
|
Percentage - 16.20
|
Total Members - 3030
|
Less J&K – 23
Jharghand – 47
Membership of AISBCE Union wrongly included with Rival Union = 491 – 70 = 421
|
Revised percentage - 13.89
|
The AISBCE UNION achievements are given below:
1. TBOP promotion w.e.f. 01.08.1991 to SBCO cadre
2. BCR promotion w.e.f. 01.10.1991 to SBCO cadre.
3. Modification of promotion w.e.f.01.08.1991/01.10.1991
4. Cluster of transfer w.e.f. year 2000
5. Creation of Divisional Representative w.e.f.08.09.2000
6. Creation of LSG/HSG-I & II posts
7. Filling up vacant posts from 2008 onwards
8. Taken efforts with 7th CPC for Organized Accounts cadre pay w.e.f.1993
9. Revised CBS role of SBCO & auditors training for SBCO staff
I thank you all once again for showing your faith with our Union by giving membership authorization letter in large number and I do hope that our Union with secure once again more than 70% of membership during this verification process. We need not worry about the cheapest propaganda. I replied in this regard to the kind information of young bloods of newly joined PAs. They are behaving with this kind of indecent propaganda , instead of making their achievements in the past 3 years to its members.
Thank you, all for rendering your full support to our Union.
With warm wishes.
