Sub: Submission of 7th CPC Pay commission memorandum by the ALL INDIA SAVINGS BANK
         CONTROL  EMPLOYEES UNION- Service Union under the Department of Post-reg
Ref: GOI Resolution No: 1/12013-E.III[A] Dated 28.02.2014
Our Union is one of the service Union under the Department of Post to audit the Postal Savings Bank transactions called as SBCO cadre.

Our Union submits the Memorandum of 7th CPC [Ten Copies] by post and also through Email Id: secy-7cpc@nic.in to your kind information and favorable action.
In this submission, as directed by Kolcutta CAT bench vide O.A.No: 793 of 2006, our Union made a representation to the Secretary [P] to implement the revised pay scales recommended to the organized accounts cadre by the Ministry of Finance. Since our demand is rejected by the Department vide DG[P] Lr.No:1-25/2003 Dt.13.06.2005,   our Union took up this matter with  Kolcutta CAT Bench under O.A.No:793 of 2006,the judgment was issued on 15.01.2008 that  since the 6th Central Pay Commission is now examining the pay scales across the Governments entire spectrum, the applicant will be liberty to approach the departmental authorities to move the 6th CPC for redressal.

          Our Union took up this matter with 6th Central Pay Commission vide our Union letter No: CHQ/SBCO/Postal/153-2008 Dt: 22.02.2008. Since the judgment was delivered in late on 15.01.2008 and also the 6 Central Pay Commission offices had finished all its business, our Union was informed that since the submission of our proposal is too late, this office is not in position to consider our demand.

          As directed by the Kolcutta CAT Bench, we could not discuss the matter with 6th CPC in detail , our Union present this case to your kind notice. Kindly arrange a discussion for this long pending issue with our Union well in advance.
